We believe in principle centered leadership, putting our clients interests first in a highly ethical, professional, and personal manner. Our clients know us by first name as we take the time to understand their financial and familial needs.

After an illustrious career in the UN and a Professor at UC Davis, Dr. Prashar transformed into a seasoned real estate expert. With over 20 years of experience as a Broker, Agent and Property Manager he brings sound advise and worldly knowledge to the industry. Chit has mentored and guided numerous agents to successful positions, proving that the professor is still teaching us.

Executive Vice President

Sangeeta provides business acumen and sound operational expertise to the company. With her extensive experience at an array of companies she brings a strong framework to establish employee and team best practices. As EVP Sangeeta has input into marketing, promotional, and all hiring decisions.

Property Manager

Ira Joshi is involved with all day to day operations around property management. As a Accredited Residential Manager from IREM, she is able to navigate through all the challenges associated with running the business. Ira is often the primary point of contact for service issues, tenant feedback, and billing.

Vikram has been a silicon valley executive at numerous technology and investment firms. He has always had a keen eye for real estate markets, properties, & investment opportunities. The transition to Real Estate came naturally as Vikram has been directly involved in property transitions including DIY projects & 1031 Exchanges.
